Campaign to Legalize Gay Adoption in South Australia

Report on gay dads in South Australia who were successful in having the SA Adoption Act reviewed resulting in a recommendation that the Adoption Act be enhanced to allow gay adoption.

South Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland are the only three Australian states and territories that do not legally provide for gay adoption.  All other Australian states and territories have changed their adoption laws to take gay adoption into consideration according to the report.
