In certain cases an intended family may need to obtain donated eggs in order to conceive a child. The resultant embryo(s) are then implanted into the Intended Mother or Gestational Carrier.
Egg Donor Agreements are designed to explicitly and clearly state the intentions and understandings of the egg donor and the intended family. The agreement not only focuses on providing reimbursement of expenses to the donor, but may also include the understandings of the parties regarding notifications to the donor as to how many children were conceived through the donation, the ability to transfer donated eggs or resultant embryos to third parties, privacy issues, etc.
