A University of Minnesota Law Student argues in this paper that clinics performing reproductive rights for women should be treated as commerce, that commerce is controlled by the federal commerce clause, and that federal legislation guaranteeing women (especially poor women) access to reproductive markets may be the solution to ending attacks on women’s reproductive rights currently under attack in several states.
